Women's History Month Sandwich Seminar: Feminism in a Time of COVID and Genocidal Racism, presented by Zillah Eisenstein, professor emerita of political theory at Ithaca College, Old Main Colloquium, noon to 1 p.m.
Zillah's talk will set the (historical) context for the present crises facing all people across the planet. And ask us to think newly in maybe "old" ways. This moment demands us thinking together to find the camaraderie and courage to ask new questions that do not have clear answers. And as she has written elsewhere: "Hope is not an idea. It is a practice". So we shall build some hope with her visit.
