NYPIRG Opening Meeting: Join us for a conversation on student advocacy, protest and politics with special guest Executive and Legislative Director of NYPIRG Blair Horner, Corey Union Fireplace Lounge, 5 to 6 p.m.

Details: Blair Horner is a student activist who never grew up, making a decades long career out of advocating for all the people of New York in our state legislature. Whether it be the environment, a free SUNY system, protecting our democracy or speaking up for the less fortunate, Mr. Horner was on the forefront here in New York. Blair will be giving a talk on the history of student activism and protest as well as his experience fighting for the everyday New Yorker in Albany.
