In 1969, Curt Flood of the St. Louis Cardinals professional baseball team challenged the century old reserve clause in baseball.  Shelly Flood, Curt Flood’s daughter, will discuss her father’s fight for civil rights in professional baseball, the work she is doing to attain Hall of Fame Induction for her father, and her work with drug addiction, gang violence, and mental health among teenagers, and the homeless in Los Angeles, California.
